WELCOME TO PJM DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS
Our services are open to the public, organisations and companies. When you request and we provide any of our services to you, we will do so fairly, equally, respectfully and in accordance with the law.
However, we clearly understand that it may be impossible to meet everyone’s expectation, this is why we have a proper dispute resolution process to balance any dispute that may arise whilst we are dealing with you.
Internal dispute resolution
In the event that you have any feedback or complaint about us or our dealings with you, we sincerely invite you to put your complaint in writing to:
PJM Dispute Resolution Manager
PO Box 579
Mascot NSW 1460
Australia
Your complaint will be handled and decided fairly and with respect. However, if additional information is required in the management of your complaint, the manager will be in touch with you, otherwise, a decision will be made within six weeks of your complaint having been made.
External Dispute Resolution
If in the event that you are dissatisfied with the outcome of our internal review, we are a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) with the AFCA being an independent body approved by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
You can contact the Australian Financial Complaints Authority to make any complaint you may have against us and provide AFCA with our internally reviewed decision. The AFCA will guide you through their process.
The AFCA can be contacted at:
