Our Story
From humble beginnings our principal, Mr Phillip J. Miles, commenced his business in 1995 in the computer and technology industries. The company grew and became very successful with offices across all states in Australia. Amongst the company’s customers were government departments, private schools, DHL, United Parcel Service, BT Financial Group, Universal Publishers, Meriton, HCF, ANZ Bank, and Westpac Bank. Mr Miles has owned and managed a number of corporations in Australia between the 1990s and the present day.
Mr Miles attended law school in Australia and has a firm understanding of the organisation’s operations. Mr Miles also acquired a Mercantile Academic qualification that is recognised within the Australian Qualifications Framework.
Mr Miles has also undertaken a certified training course covering Trust Regulations and Record Keeping within a law firm. Any money belonging to you and held in the firm’s trust account will be held in accordance with the required Trust Regulations. Mr Miles has also acquired a Human Resources Management Academic qualification that is recognised within the Australian Qualifications Framework, and as a result, our team that handles your matter will do so within a friendly working environment with a harmonious outcome for you.
Phillip has over 25 years’ knowledge and practical experience in the law and court procedures and has conducted litigation in the Local Court, District Court, Supreme Court, the Administrative Tribunals of Australia, the Federal Court, and the High Court, as he conducts his cases, and Phillip’s experience in this field is truly relevant to the firm’s operations.
Phillip also has 27 years’ experience in general high level of financial, personal security and general investigations, as well as in business management, accounting, taxation, and business finance.
The above experience also encompasses general employment and managing people of all diversities, and business management of small to large companies, therefore ensuring success in his present day operational activities.
